Our Programs
The Kingsville Recreation and Parks Council offers a wide variety of programs for Adults and Youth.
Youth sports include baseball, basketball, dance, soccer and softball. If you have questions about an activity, contact the program point of contact on the program’s page.
Kingsville Park
Kingsville Park provides a variety of outdoor recreation facilities to serve the Kingsville and surrounding communities in northeast Baltimore County.

The pavilions can be reserved from May 1st to October 31st for birthday parties, family gatherings, and church or family picnics. We begin taking reservations February 1st for the current calendar year but do require a minimum of 14 days between requesting the reservation and the day of the event. We do not require reservations after October. At that time all pavilions revert to a first-come-first-serve basis, unless reserved by a Recreation Council.
